Hiring for a Full-Time M-Fr 9-5pm Medical Assistant

In this role as a Medical assistant you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests as required by the physicians, and administering treatment as allowed and ordered by the surgeon.

You will be required to split your time between 2 surgeons and assist the other staff as needed or fill in for days off /staff holidays.

• Your duties include teching/testing patients and reception duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of medical/ophthalmic terminology preferred but not necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Empathetic personality with concern for patient's needs
• Strong organization with attention to detail
• Reliable, efficient, trainable
