About this role:


The Manager, CRM & Open Banking is accountable for leading a team of development resources in completing the design and development for all CRM platform and Open Banking platform solutions and initiatives.

This includes enhancements, maintenance and upgrades of the organization's Microsoft CRM platform and the Open Banking platform as well as the evaluation and implementation of vendor software packages, and creation of custom in-house solutions to support the CRM platform and Open Banking platform and initiatives.


Skilled in aligning resources to business and development priorities and schedules, the Manager, must establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal clients and partners (especially in the Retail and Commercial business areas) to understand Meridian and departmental strategies, plans and priorities.


What you'll do:


  • Leadership_
  • Actively contribute to the department's leadership team's vision, fostering synergy, productivity, and efficiency within the group
  • Enhance the image of CRM and Open Banking within the enterprise through proactive interaction with the business units we support
  • Maintain and enhance the Application Development LifeCycle (ADLC) methodology in collaboration with other Development teams and members
  • Direct, manage, monitor, and evaluate the activities and the performance of the CRM and Open Banking teams
  • Develop, manage, and maintain
- all systems, procedures, processes and policies for the CRM and Open Banking team

  • Engage 3rd party providers as required and oversee consultants, contracts and temporary staff
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all key software and service vendors
  • Work and Staff Planning_
  • Allocate the workload of team members based on appropriate skill sets and experience
  • Advise on and monitor team adherence to corporate and department policies, standards, and procedures
  • Align work assignments and schedules to business and department priorities
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity within the team
  • Establish redundancy within the department by shared work assignments and personal involvement to minimize the risk to the organization
  • Support regulatory and management audits
  • Organizational Development_
  • Mentor team member's personal and professional development, and conduct performance appraisals
  • Develop staff competencies and bench strength
  • Ensure new employees are provided with the proper tools and initiation training
  • Communication_
  • Provide best advice on technology directions and options to all initiatives
  • Represent department at Leadership Team forums
  • Manage expectations of internal customers
  • Develop, communicate, and execute against a broad strategic vision
  • Ensure Manager is actively advised on projects, team dynamics and development.
  • Prepare adhoc management reporting as required by Information Technology or Finance departments

  • A solid understand of the Application Development Lifecycle (ADLC) methodology

  • Strong technical/working knowledge of the Microsoft Software Development platform, especially CRM Dynamics, SharePoint, SQL (Languages like.
Net, C#, Visual Studio), DevOps
