Specific Responsibilities

  • Processing mutual fund transactions
  • Processing insurance transactions
  • Assisting with digital meetings
  • Record keeping
  • Client communication
Knowledge Skills And Attributes Required

  • Previous experience with Winfund and Fundserv is an asset
  • Previous experience with life, disability and critical illness insurance an asset
  • Strong organizational and effective time management skills required
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fastpaced environment with mínimal supervision
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in tasks
  • Excellent telephone manner, previous reception experience an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Windows
  • MS Office, MS Excel and MS Word, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, and Zoom
  • Ability to communicate well internally and externally in English

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
