Job description
AcroLogic is a workflow automation agency that helps businesses eliminate repetitive, time-wasting tasks so they can operate smoother, faster, and with fewer manual errors.
We're looking for a skilled, adaptable automation specialist who can build clean, reliable, well-structured automations for a wide variety of industries — retail, service businesses, e-commerce, professional services, operations, and more.
Every project is different.
You'll help businesses automate things like:
- Customer confirmations, reminders, and notifications
- Inventory or order management workflows
- Data validation and cleanup
- Email → Spreadsheet → CRM syncing
- Lead capture and followup automation
- Google Sheets + API integrations
- Document generation workflows
- UiPath robots for repetitive admin work
- Zapier / logic automation
- Process mapping (As-Is & To-Be)
- Standardizing and optimizing operations

Requirements
You don't need to be a "guru," but you must be solid:
- Strong experience with UiPath, Zapier, , or similar tools
- Ability to create clear, wellorganized logic flows
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and refine your workflows
- Fast but reliable turnaround
- API experience
- Database / Sheets formulas
- Process improvement fundamentals
- Basic scripting (Python/JS)
