Description

Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer accounts, including onboarding new customers, updating account information, and processing customer orders.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved effectively.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with market research and analysis to support business development initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, for account management and tracking customer interactions.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns to drive business insights.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Salary:
$16.96-$18.44 per hour
