Description
We are an authorized Manitowoc, Grove, National Crane and Potain dealer. Shawmut Equipment also services power line contractors with our extensive fleet of Terex, Prinoth, and Morooka equipment. The Service Department is a fast-paced environment where employees must be willing to assist with several different tasks. Must have strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and establish priorities.

We are seeking a self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented field service technician to assist our customers in the Atlantic provinces.

Service vehicle, laptop, cell phone, operating engineers union benefits and additional training will be provided.


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime
pay


Experience:

- mechanical: 1 year (preferred)

  • Heavy equipment or crane technician: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Trade Certificate (preferred)
  • Driving Licence (required)
