Description

Reporting to the Supervisor, Student Accounts, the successful incumbent will provide a range of activities to support the Student Accounts department staff, utilizing PeopleSoft Student Administration.

What You'll be Doing

Posting Financial Aid bursary reports and processing refunds for awards;
Analysing and facilitating workflow for PeopleSoft checklist requests including follow up with departments and students where required;
Organizing information for bank wire refund requests for Specialists to action;
Assisting with front line student inquiries during peak periods;
Participating in various data clean-up projects and special projects;
Other duties as assigned.

About You

You have excellent oral and written communication skills.

You enjoy working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

You use your analytical skills to accurately process and action system requests.


2-year diploma in Business or a related field (preferred) with a minimum of 1-year practical experience in an educational, customer service or business environment.

PeopleSoft experience is preferred.
