We're seeking passionate Aquafit Instructors to elevate our residents' fitness experience with cutting-edge group fitness instruction while prioritizing their safety.

Responsibilities:

• Energize group fitness sessions with dynamic routines tailored to diverse fitness levels and ages, fostering a lively and motivating atmosphere.
• Engage residents through compelling promotion of classes, ensuring maximum participation and enthusiasm.
• Maintain precise attendance records, prioritizing safety and accountability within the fitness environment.

Requirements:

• Leverage a minimum of 2 years' experience in leading group fitness, showcasing expertise and a deep understanding of effective instruction.
• Possess essential fitness training certifications alongside current First Aid and CPR certificates, underscoring a commitment to safety.
• Demonstrate outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections within a diverse community of residents.

• Job Type: Seasonal
• Competitive Salary: $40.00 to $55.00 per hour
• Flexibility: Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends, to accommodate resident schedules while maintaining a high standard of service.
