    Description
    Bellucci, distributeur de machines à café depuis plus de 35 ans, est à la recherche d'un agent au service client pour se joindre à son équipe en place à sa succursale de Montréal au coin de Saint-Laurent et Jarry.
    Bellucci possède un vaste réseau de distribution de plus de 500 détaillants partout au Canda. Bellucci vend sa propre marque de machines à café en plus des marques : Caffitaly, Saeco, et plus encore.
    Elle possède un centre de distribution situé à Laval, et une boutique à Montréal où elle vend ses équipements et fait la réparation de ceux-ci.

    Description du poste

    L'agent au service client, sous la supervision du gestionnaire des opérations de la succursale de Montréal, aura les responsabilités suivantes :
    - Prendre en charges les courriels et les appels des clients et des détaillants concernant les demandes au sujet de nos produits.
    - Prendre en charge les étapes qui découleront des demandes des clients et des détaillants : question sur le fonctionnement des produits, demande d'échange, demande de réparation, demande de retour, etc.
    - Compléter les étapes nécessaires pour assurer un traitement complet de la demande : création de demande de retour dans nos système, envoie d'étiquette de retour, création d'appel de service dans nos système en vue d'une réparation, etc.
    - Prendre en charge les retours d'équipements et faire le lien avec les demandes de retour préalablement créées dans notre système.
    - Enclencher le processus de réparation ou d'échange avec notre service réparation.
    - Finaliser le processus en renvoyant l'équipement ou le remplacement au client, en prenant en charge tout ce qui à trait à l'expédition (étiquette, préparation de l'équipement pour le renvoie, etc.)
    - Aider au comptoir de service quand nécessaire : Consiste à accueillir les clients qui apportent ou récupèrent des équipements en réparation, compléter la fiche d'identification dans notre système en vue de leur réparation par nos techniciens.
    - Toute autre demande provenant du gestionnaire des opérations.
    - Autres tâches connexes et support aux autres départements de notre boutique de Montréal.

    En tant qu'agent au service client, vous jouez un rôle central dans l'expérience client. Vous assurez la prise en charge complète des demandes de service, de l'ouverture du dossier à sa fermeture, en veillant à la qualité des suivis, à la planification efficace des interventions et à la conformité des informations dans notre système.

    Vous collaborez étroitement avec tous les départements afin d'assurer un service structuré, humain et orienté vers des solutions durables.



    Pour ce faire, l'agent du service client devra avoir l'expérience et les aptitudes suivantes:
    - Expérience en service client d'au moins 2 ans
    - Être bilingue (français/anglais)
    - Bonne maitrise de la suite office
    - Connaissance de SAP (un atout)
    - Excellent esprit d'équipe
    - Attitude professionnelle
    - Avoir une attitude positive avec les clients
    - Être minutieux et soucieux de son travail
    - Capacité à travailler sous pression et avoir bonne gestion du stress

    Horaire de travail : 40 h/sem du lundi au vendredi de 9 h à 17h30.
