First Onsite is seeking to hire a
full-time Accounts Payable Clerk will work closely as part of the national finance team to provide timely and accurate clerical support in the area of accounts payable.


Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate a high degree of responsibility, integrity, and attention to detail, a strong customer service level and a sense of urgency.
  • Timely invoice entry, meeting deadlines, matching invoices to purchase orders and/or statements, follow up on missing invoices and ensuring invoice approvals.
  • Process Mastercard payments and any job related receipts, allocation of taxes, matching receipts to statements, and locating missing receipts.
  • Filing and maintaining organized documentation
  • Timely responses to accounts payable inquiries from vendors, estimators, coordinators and other contacts related to the function
  • Preparation of WSIB and HST payments, investigation and responding to calls, holdbacks and releases

Experience:


  • 1 3 years office administration experience with knowledge of A/P processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong administration, record keeping and data entry skills
  • Effective time management skills
