Productive Toronto Realtor seeking a creative, motivated, self-sufficient, videographer and digital content creator.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with my target audience, while traveling to various locations to capture required footage and images.

Your skills must be proven with experience in creating engaging content (videography and photo) for websites, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other socials, with strong editing skills and in an ideal world, copywriting skills as well.

Company Description:
I am a productive and busy real estate agent working with Bosley Real Estate. I'm in my 8th year as a realtor and have been with Bosley since the beginning of my career. Prior to becoming a realtor I was a high school physics, science, and math teacher.

I produce a fair amount of video content and would like to do more.

I currently make educational videos related to real estate and current events in real estate, as well as a series highlighting small businesses at Yonge and Eglinton.

Bosley Real Estate is a family owned, family run firm that has been operating in Toronto since 1928. The culture at Bosley is collaborative, positive, welcoming, and friendly.


Main responsibilities:

Ideation, planning, and executing video/photography shoots for educational, social and web content and ads - creating content for the website, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

Editing videos & content using software of choice.

Posting content to socials with appropriate copy, tagging, keywords, etc.


Qualifications/Experience:

Previous videography/photography experience is a must (even has a hobby/passion project); experience in the real estate industry is a bonus but not essential.

Excellent with technology:
willing to learn to use different software, apps, and tools if not already familiar.

You must have valid driver's license and car, you will require a laptop and smart phone, and all applicants must be located locally in Toronto, ON Canada.

Skills:
Creativity; an ability to think outside the box

Ability to shoot and edit raw footage/images and can shoot cinematic B-Roll

Familiarity with social platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent) including Word, Excel, Outlook (online) and OneDrive

Excellent written and verbal communication

Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented

Strong time-management

Self-motivated, works well independently, and takes initiative


Job Types:

Salary:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
