DDC Technician/Systems Specialist - Manitoba
Mikkelsen-Coward is a multi-discipline contractor, providing Mechanical/Electrical/DDC Controls services to our clients in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

We are looking for a DDC Technician -Systems specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals, in the Controls Department at our Manitoba branch.

This position would report directly to the Controls Technical Manager.


Requirements would include:


  • HVAC system knowledge.
  • Hydronic system knowledge.
  • Minimum 4 years experience.
  • Good customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively written and oral.
  • Ability to work under mínimal supervision when required.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Strong knowledge in BACnet, Networksethernet, IP, MSTP, and Modbus.
  • Is willing to travel and work various hours as needed.
  • Works well in a team atmosphere.
  • Must be able to pass background & security checks.

The duties of this position would include, but not limited to:

  • Commissioning projects.
  • Troubleshooting Controls systems.
  • Programming using GCL programming language and designing graphics.
  • Service work on Delta controls.
