Kerrisdale Optical is a high-end boutique style eyeglasses store based in Vancouver B.C..For over 25 years, we have provided our valued customers an extensive selection of luxury brands for eyewear, excellent service, and a warm and inviting shopping environment.
We are currently looking for afull time administrative assistant to join our team.
As an administrator, you will be responsible of:
- Entering product invoices in a billing software, and processing other payable invoices, entering and managing the inventory database
- Maintaining and organizing digital and paper files
- Performing all office duties including pretesting patients and reception of patients
- Insurance verification and billing
- Performing a variety of sales support tasks and operational duties
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience and/or customer service experience
- Have intermediate computer skills (Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Quickbook will be an asset)
- Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and organizational ability
- Multilingual is an asset (Mandarin/Cantonese)
