Job summary
This internship offers students an opportunity to join a purpose-driven team at Scotiabank.You will support deposit initiatives by contributing data analysis insights & maintaining trackers for enhanced organization & efficiency.
This includes market research weekly review of available rates for Business Accounts & GICs,
Maintaining multiple deposit trackers weekly reports compilation ad-hoc data report requests as needed Maintaining schedule team activities smooth operations promotion team building Assist in creating presentations communications internal partners management teams executives supporting strategic decision-making processes Fostering customer-focused culture through data analysis reporting deepening client relationships leveraging broader bank relationships systems knowledge Performing other duties assigned handling ad-hoc assignments special projects Senior Management
Qualifications
- Post-Secondary Education completed business related area
- Prior Banking experience asset Strong analytical skills Detailed-oriented ability transfer complex information digestible summaries Proven Excel skills manage several trackers support deposit portfolio governance Proven PowerPoint skills content creation support deposit resources Creative curious Self-motivated prioritize multi-task working independently within team environment Strong organizational skills ability prioritize work effectively efficiently
