Key Responsibilities:

Administer our International Recruitment Program:

Ensure seamless compliance with government regulations and company policies for Foreign Recruitment, guiding our teams through the intricacies of international talent acquisition.


Provide Expert Support:
Offer invaluable assistance to our HR teams, ensuring meticulous adherence to immigration regulations for foreign nationals.

Facilitate Mobilization:
Handle the logístical intricacies of mobilizing selected foreign nationals, from scheduling and transportation to managing travel insurance arrangements.

Ensure Compliance:

Maintain meticulous records related to foreign workers and support compliance audits, ensuring every aspect of our international recruitment efforts aligns with regulatory standards.


Stay Informed:
Organize regular meetings with HR teams to review legislative changes and provide expert guidance on international recruitment processes.

Liaise with Authorities:
Act as a point of contact for provincial and federal authorities, ensuring seamless compliance with reporting obligations.


Preferred Hiring Criteria:

Educational Background:
Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience:
Demonstrated experience in Foreign Recruitment, with a deep understanding of Canada's immigration programs and legislation.

Research Skills:
Strong ability to research and interpret current legislation related to international recruitment.

Administrative Skills:
Previous Office Admin experience, including record-keeping and archive management.

Customer Service:
Proven track record in customer service with exceptional relationship management abilities.

Communication:
Multicultural sensitivity and effective communication skills.

Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem-solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
