About us
South Simcoe Physiotherapy is client centred physiotherapy provider who's goal is to provide the optimum client experience from the first phone call to the program of care completion. With an established reputation in Alliston ON, we have recently grown our clinics to include a Tottenham location.
We are looking for an office administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing administrative support to the medical staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who is organized and reliable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments for patients and ensure that all necessary information is collected.
- Collect patient information, including insurance information, and enter it into the system.
- Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Process payments for services rendered.
- Billing third party payers

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.50 per hour
