Description
Full Time Security Guard position (
Competitive hourly rate + Benefits package) in the Waterloo Region, that is near Wellesley.
- Up to date/valid Security license issued by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Correctional Services;
- Mechanical aptitude;
- Reliable and punctual.
- Up to date/valid CPR/First Aid certificate;
- Full G driver's license with a clean driver's abstract;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Patrol areas and respond to alarms, threats, and emergencies in a timely manner
- Identify and report any security issues
- Provide a professional level of customer service
- Monitor CCTV and various security systems
- Follow emergency communication procedures, site protocols and post orders
- Computer literate and able to write daily, shift and incident reports
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
Experience:
- Security: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Ontario Security Guard License (required)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
