IT Service Desk Engineer 2nd Line Analyst

Based from our Peterborough office, you will be part of an award-winning IT team responsible for implementing high quality, business-changing IT solutions into hundreds of our customers around the UK.

As a Microsoft Partner, we pride ourselves on offering a premium level of support and are now looking to add another exceptional IT expert to our team.

Within this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and our 1st line colleagues. A huge passion for IT and technology.
Strong technical experience in;
Office 365 environments, (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune & Autopilot).
Windows Server Environments, (Active Directory, Exchange, File Server, Print Server, DFS, DNS, DHCP etc.).
Network Troubleshooting, (Firewalls, Networks, Wireless etc.).
Windows Desktop Troubleshooting.
Office 365 Backup Products.

Have exposure and experience of RMM Platforms (Remote Monitoring & Management).
