Responsibilities
- Coach and train technicians on diagnostics & repair of different equipment, specifically
boilers, but also furnaces, A/Cs & heat pumps - Oversee projects from start to finish
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on the job site
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status and milestones
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of boilers
- Passionate about teaching & coaching others
- G2 Gas Technician License (minimum requirement)
- G1 (preferred)
- 313A (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the HVAC industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to supervise a team effectively
- Exceptional problemsolving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$30.00-$45.00 per hour
