About the role

  • The Manager, Security Services will be a member of the Government Security Compliance Team, overseeing a team committed to providing security services and compliance in accordance with the Contract Security Program.
  • You will work with and lead the Security Services Team to ensure compliance with the Contract Security Program, Controlled Goods Program and Company Security policy. You will oversee a team responsible for Personnel Security, Physical Security, Controlled Goods and Investigations.
  • Provide oversight and participation in initiation, maintenance and renewals of Facility Security Clearances, Document Safeguarding and IT inspections.
  • Oversee and support construction and accreditation of any new facilities or spaces in accordance with the Contract Security Program.
  • Coordinate with the Program Security Manager, Human Resources, Facilities, and other various stakeholders to provide Security Services to ensure compliance with interdependent systems and government policies.
  • Proactively work with the CSP and CGD on their policy changes and development to provide opportunity for industry feedback and reduced risk to the business.
