Qualifications & Skills:
- Be a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario
- All areas of business law including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations, incorporations, amalgamations, revivals, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, contract drafting, review and negotiation, PPSA filings and financing.
- 25 years of work experience at a business and real estate law firm
- Computer skills: MS Word, Outlook, Unity, Teraview, Fast Company, Ecore etc.
- Handle all aspects of real estate transactions
- Review complex loan commitments and documents
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, research and writing skills
- Ability to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize & work under pressure
- Selfmotivated whether working independently or in a team environment
- Strong business judgement coupled with the ability to build client relationships
- Excellent and flexible team player
- Organized and possess excellent time management skills
Salary:
$75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
Licence/Certification:
- Certificate of Standing (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Stouffville, ON L4A 1B8 (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Stouffville, ON L4A 1B8: Relocate before starting work (required)
