Marketing Coordinator
Maternity Leave Position - 1 Year

Responsibilities/Duties:
Marketing
- Strong understanding of howto development and execute a yearly marketing strategy.
- Strong understanding of the construction market, competitors and factors that effect marketing strategy
- Assist with management with proposals, RFPS and presentations strong understanding of writing RFP's and Project Proposals
- Manage, develop and execute all marketing objectives and business development goals
- Manage and develop VPAC's Branding both digital and print.
- Liaise with external vendors (i.e., Photography, website, PR, advertising)
- Create annual marketing budget based on annual strategy and track throughout the year.
- Research and analyze sites on development and rezoning potential.
- Manage business leads with Business Development Manager and Ownership team
- Research events for VPAC participation.
- Request testimonials from client upon successful project completion
- Write and development quarterly external company newsletters.
Website:
- Frequently update and refresh site content, overall user experience, and optimization for lead generation. Working with a web developer where applicable
- Establish, track and report on website analytics, SEO and performance.
- Manage file assets from website.
- Creation of Social Media content, caption creation using key messaging in the voice and tone of the company, content posting, profile optimization
- Manage company Linkedin page.
- Monitor Google Business Page
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Manage web properties.
Construction Safety:
- Assist Project Managers with designing project site safety maps.
- Design and coordinate with printers on Site Safety Signs (some signs will be printed internally)
- Order Safety clothing/equipment for Site (i.e., Construction hats, and PPE)
- Ensure that all sites are consistently branded to look the same, and that site personnel and vehicles also have the same theme and are clean and presentable.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in a marketing role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Commerce or equivalent
- Intermediate to Advanced skills and experience in Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
Advanced skills and experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook: - Experience working with real estate, construction.
- Exceptional writing and proofreading skills, with superior attention to detail
- Strong understanding of digital marketing knowledge
- Excellent project management skills and ability to adhere to deadlines.
