How will you contribute to the team?

  • Set up of project requirements and project files.
  • Generating and issuing monthly progress status reports for both internal and external documentation.
  • Checking the quality of drawings and documents to be catalogued.
  • Producing different listings.
  • Assembling equipment data books.
  • Forwarding material to client along with official transmittal document.
  • Checking the accuracy of transmittals.
  • Expediting the review of internal and external documentation within engineering departments.
  • Monitoring all drawings and documents.
  • Leadership Responsibilities.
  • Providing technical guidance to coworkers; a 'go to' person.
  • Supervising work within a small work unit composed of employees within own discipline or a related area of specialization.
  • Determining the training and development needs of employees.
  • Makes decisions and recommendations within authorized limits.
  • Exercises independent judgment in selecting and interpreting information, handling deviations from standard methods and resolving difficulties.

What will you contribute?

  • High school graduation and at least ten years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • Through knowledge of engineering terminology.
  • Considerable experience working with and understanding drawings and documentation.
  • Proficient in using computerized Project Management System Aconex preferred.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak with a level of confidence to various individuals across the organization.
  • Excellent leadership skills. Ability to lead a team towards a common goal.
  • Work driven with a high level of engagement and energy.
