Responsibilities_
- Provide administrative support to brokers
- Follow up with carriers and clients to manage inforce policy changes
- Manage client data and maintain accurate records
- Assist with marketing and sales initiatives, including creating and distributing promotion materials and managing social media accounts
- Perform administrative duties as required, including filing, scanning and data entry
Requirements_
- University/College graduate
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English, preferably with ability to speak in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location:
