Applicant must have strong knowledge of MPI rules, the automotive industry and display great attention to detail.

Experience in Mitchell Repair Centre, Mitchell Connect is a must. Knowledge of Parts Bridge and Collision Link and Cloud estimating would be a bonus.

You will be working in a Fast-paced environment where your skills should include the ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail.

General Duties include:

Assess body, paint and mechanical damages of vehicles with technicians.
Prepare adjustment reports, investigate circumstances surrounding insurance claims, inspect automobile damage, determine amount of loss or damages covered by insurance policies, review, input, calculate and submit to MPI for approval.
Collecting customer and vehicle information
Scheduling assessment and repair appointments
Downloading MPI or other insurance company claims
Updating and explaining repair stages to customers
Carefully proofing and preclosing Repair Orders
Collecting money owed and signatures

Completive Wages, Salary depending on qualifications
