• Proven sales experience in the arboriculture industry is preferred.
• Proficient in tree identification, health assessment, and tree care practices.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable with travel.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety in all tree service operations.
