- Take ownership of delivering iconic, inspiring, and unforgettable guest experiences — from first interaction to final farewell
- Support both retail sales and guest bookings, helping guests plan and optimize their adventure itineraries across Banff, Golden and Jasper attractions
- Provide accurate, engaging, and personalized recommendations for in-town experiences, local highlights, and must-see adventures
- Demonstrate strong product and experience knowledge by staying informed on merchandise, promotions, pricing updates, and company offerings
- Process sales transactions and exchanges accurately maintaining attention to detail and financial integrity
- Confidently navigate and manage multiple systems, including POS, booking platforms, and payment terminals, ensuring accurate transactions and a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and store organization to reflect a best-in-class retail environment
- Complete daily restocking and inventory tasks to ensure full availability and a strong guest-ready presentation
- Take ownership of back-of-house organization, including daily upkeep of storage rooms and operational areas
- Proactively address guest questions, concerns, and issues with professionalism and care, escalating to leadership when appropriate
- Support overall team and store success by taking on additional duties as needed with a flexible, team-first approach
- Performadditionalduties as assigned to support store operations and team success
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Thrive in a fast-paced environment by multitasking effectively during peak periods while maintaining service quality and accuracy - Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards, including emergency procedures and operational guidelines
- Friendly, approachable, and professional with a strong guest-first and ownership-driven mindset
- Curious, engaged, and motivated to continuously learn about products, experiences, and ways to improve the guest journey
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inform guests confidently
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience with POS & booking systems and cash handling is an asset
- Secondary language skills are an asset
- Comfortable working at heights, in high-altitude environments, and in all weather conditions
