KR Contracting is a small business that serves the Halton and GTA area.

Our services include but are not limited to natural stone, interlock, armor stone walls, fences, soft scape projects, summer & winter maintenance.

We're looking for highly motivated, skilled individuals with landscape/hardscape experience who want to grow their skills through various outdoor projects using heavy equipment, power tools and physical labour.

Job Duties:

• Work with foreman and crew in installation of landscape construction projects
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools and vehicles
• Planting trees and plant material
• Stonework
• Work as part of a team and take direction
• Operate heavy equipment like skid steers, excavators, power wheelbarrows
• Use power tools
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Physically capable of walking, standing, bending, and lifting for long periods of time
• Ownership of vehicle or reliable transportation
• Valid G Class license is preferred
• Highly motivated
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Minimum 1 year in landscape maintenance or construction

Compensation:
$18-$25 an hour

8-10 hour shifts

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Georgetown, ON L6X 0A4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Winter maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• G-Class Driver's License (required)
