The Revenue Maximization Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to the Revenue Maximization team.
+Responsibilities
- Manage documentation scheduling meeting preparation report coordination Maintain centralized databases shared folders workflow tools Ensure all daily weekly RevMax tasks are completed accurately timely Perform data hygiene quality assurance checks Update maintain accuracy rates room types restrictions products other key data elements Monitor rate code integrity inventory status revenue critical configurations Extract compile weekly pace reports competitor snapshots inputs Maintain create enhance reporting templates dashboards Prepare meeting decks supporting materials RevMax managers Manage intake requests partners hotels attractions transportation teams Track deadlines pricing updates promotions distribution changes Log action items ensure timely follow-through Distribute updates related rate changes policies availability Serve first point contact internal inquiries escalating necessary Update products rates inventory system settings Support loading packages promotions pricing strategies Ensure accuracy non-marketing content revenue systems Assist implementation new systems tools Support audits compliance work Contribute creating updating rolling out SOPs
