Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and update their personal and medical information
• Manage the daytoday clinical schedule of the dental practice
• Insurance breakdowns
• Chart Audits
• RecallMax to schedule appointments
• Respond efficiently to patient needs and inquiries, and work toward improving the overall patient experience
• Ensure each patient understands their treatment options, insurance coverage and benefits plans
• Collect and process payments
• Collect, review and forward payables to the Financial Department
• Other daytoday duties as assigned

Position Schedule:
Full Time - Hours Subject to change. One Evening and Three Saturdays per month. Always closed long weekends-
