About Us
WAMAK Heat Pump Systems is developing advanced industrial heat pump modules for international market. Helping to speed up the transition to efficient, renewable and electrified heating systems,
WAMAK works with our key suppliers to develop next generation heat pumps with modern, low global warming refrigerants. Focusing on flexible assembly, simple remote commissioning and optimized operations using data monitoring and visualization.

Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance data from heat pump systems to detect anomalies, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Remote Troubleshooting: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to remotely identify and resolve technical issues related to heat pump systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our technical support team and field technicians to coordinate efforts in resolving complex technical challenges.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, technical solutions provided, and contribute to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest advancements in heat pump technology and remote service tools, actively seeking opportunities for skill development.
Qualifications
- Education: College Diploma or higher in mechanical engineering; or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of heating systems ideally with heat pumps and proficiency in relevant diagnostic tools and software.
- Experience in Siemens PLC control system is an asset
- 2D/3D CAD drafting is an asset
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and proactive approach to problemsolving, with the ability to think critically in a fastpaced environment.
- Customer Focus: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
