Responsibilities
- Coach team members to understand their safety responsibilities to enhance performance.
- Audit performance and compliance with Health & Safety policies programs procedures Facilitate incident investigations Collaborating Leaders support safety meetings topics designed promote better understanding Clean Harbors Health & Safety policies programs procedures or general Health & Safety Conduct Health and safety site inspections audits assure compliance Corporate Health & Safety policies programs procedures guidelines proper work practices maintain safe operations Ensuring that Health and Safety number one priority complying safe work practices policies processes acting safe manner Respond emergencies incidents manage injury incident reporting follow-up Demonstrate proficiency assignments direct personnel operational Health & Safety procedures complete assignments Inspects assigned work areas equipment identify compliance issues Documents safety inspections- Near Miss Unsafe Acts Unsafe Conditions Safe Operations corrective actions Performs other duties assigned
