Job Overview
Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed on a regular basis.
Experience, Education, Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Retail environment
- Proficient in MS Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure in a very fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
- Effectively communicate and influence positive results.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to manage a multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resourceful selfstarter who is comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience in Agile, DevOps and Waterfall.
- Organize project scoping, planning and approval to ensure proper structuring and set up project for success.
- Leading the communication of project scope, objectives, key success criteria and expectations
- Identifying project resource requirements and escalating resource constraints
- Building and managing the project schedule, defining the critical path, tracking activities to ensure functional team members are meeting agreed upon deadlines and approvals, generating, and communicating status reports, and escalating critical issues.
- Facilitating problem solving for project setbacks and issues
- Preventive management of roadblocks and generation of project risk mitigation plans
- Lead crossfunctional team in identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities. Identify solutions to remove roadblocks and drive corrective action to meet project goals and business commitment
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
- Connecting with external teams to manage, collect input and project requirements to properly scope and resource the projects
- Ensuring proper documentation on processes within the projects are completed successfully by the project teams
- Maintain and drive effective use of project templates and documentation throughout project lifecycle
