The Data and Artificial Intelligence Risk (DAIR) team is looking for a highly motivated change agent who demonstrates integrity, drive and courage to contribute to the design and execution of the DAIR management program plan.
As a member of the team, you will be responsible for driving and supporting data and AI risk related oversight activities and have opportunity to work with a collaborative team of inspiring professionals to help deliver the Enterprise DAIR Program objectives.
What you'll do in this role?
- Support Data Risk Program design and governance documentation management, including managing timelines for revisions and updates to the Data Risk Management Framework, Data risk Management Policy, and internal procedure documents
- Coordinate across the Data & AI Risk team on data risk documentation and methodology updates
- Assist in the preparation of periodical and adhoc presentations and reporting to Senior Management, Management Committees, and the Board
- Assist in managing the data risk acceptance and exceptions process
- May be requested to contribute to second line assessments, including participating in execution, and/or reporting on issues identified.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, and prioritize team's goals
What we're looking for?
- Post-Secondary education completed. Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- 3+ years experience in project management, policy management, communications, strategy development, data management & governance, internal control, risk management, and/or related areas
- Experience in designing and developing presentation materials considered an asset
- Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
- Adaptability and ability to manage ambiguity
