Packaging Coordination Supervisor toplan and schedule projects, maintaining equitable workloads. The incumbent will lead the testing of workflows and processes and own SOP documentation to support the implementation.

Participate in the onboarding of any new accounts including conducting workflow analysis
Manage and build a solid business and client relationships;
Identify and implement continuous improvements and efficiencies;
Load balancing accounts to coordinators and determine if additional resources are needed;
Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.
