Live-in Superintendent - Etobicoke, Canada - North Edge Properties

Description

• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, suppliers and contractors
• Ensure prompt service to tenants
• Follow the guidelines of the RTA
• Collaborate with trades and coordinate all facilities service and repairs pertaining to building and related equipment
• Respond to all facility emergencies
• Investigate all requests for repairs and preform minor repairs
• Complete building inspections on a weekly basis
• Inspect all sidewalks and driveways during winter season and correct any hazardous conditions
• Complete daily work orders plumbing, electrical and exterior repairs.
• Maintain all common areas and report any deficiencies to the Maintenance supervisor
• Check and maintain boiler room (for temperatures, leaks, motor/pump noise), compactor room, fire alarm panel, electrical motors, sprinkler system, common door function.
• Keep logbooks uptodate and control inventory for parts used and ordered.
• Inspect roof, drain, covers, compactor and bins
• Support and work with contractors.
• Other duties as required.
• Able to replace countertops, vanities, faucets, sinks, toilets

• 2 years minimum, prior experience working as a superintendent preferred
