Description

We are looking for Construction Restoration Laborer / Helper to fill full-time positions in building maintenance.

Assist tradesmen to set up swing stage and scaffold
Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
Complete exterior sealant repairs, and exterior painting
Restore exterior concrete, stucco and tile cladding systems
Operate power tools
Remove debris at construction sites

Requirements and qualifications:

Work experience is desirable, but on job training be provided
Enthusiasm and decent work attitude
Own tools or equipment
Valid BC driver's license is an asset, but not required
Completion of secondary school is required
Criminal record check will be done

Compensation:
$18-24 per hour
