Mission:
- To provide excellent client service by being the first point of contact for many client interactions as well as manage the client service priorities of the firm to ensure our commitment to clients is being met. Also, to support the advisors on the team by processing various documents and performing trades.
Our Ask:
- 23 years of experience in a similar office role
- 2 years of experience in the financial services or related industry
- Completed courses in the financial industry are considered an asset.

- Is competent with technology
- Postsecondary education and experience are an asset
Responsibilities:
- Manage advisors' calendars and schedule all client meetings in a timely manner
- Communicate meeting details to those involved
- Prepare paperwork and processing of account opening, executing trades, transfers, and follow up on execution
- Collaborate with the advisory team to maintain dynamic, relevant processes
- Monitor the compliance process while ensuring all standards are met
- Answering phones and providing outstanding customer service
- Client Service Calls follow up with clients to stay abreast of any changes personally and financially in their lives
- Greet clients for meetings and ensure they are comfortable
- Communicate with clients & other professionals
- Perform other duties as needed
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, and integrity at all times

$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
