Description

The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible to ensure excellence in project execution while maintaining and strengthening positive relationships with customers and contractors working in the office and in the field.

Key Accountabilities
Act as a first point of contact on all assigned projects
Develop and perform job task assessments (JTO's), Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA's) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP's)
Supervise daily activities to ensure project targets are met
Estimate project costs for tender purposes
Develop and execute work plans aimed at keeping projects on schedule and on budget
Assist with project planning and scheduling under guidance of manager

Experience, Qualifications & Education
Diploma in a Technical field is desired
Previous experience with Lab-packing, Hazardous Household Waste, waste remediation, manifests, on-site water treatment considered an asset
