Pylon Electronics has a solid reputation for repairing and calibrating measuring instruments. We have six laboratories in Ottawa, Toronto, Dartmouth, Calgary, Edmonton, Richmond, and a Technical Sales office in Montreal, QC.

Responsibilities:

Supporting IT to over 150 individuals at six sites across Canada, assisting remotely and in person.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners using specialized tools
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Assisting Calibration Technicians with technology issues, both software and hardware related
Experience in Active Directory and Windows Server Administration
Experience in Cisco Meraki and Windows Network Environment
Experience in Microsoft Office 36 including exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS teams
Experience in VOIP phones and configuring cloudbased solutions

Job Type:

Full-time permanent

Preferred Experience:

2 to 5 years

Other Requirements:

The applicant must be eligible to obtain a Secret Level II Security Clearance and pass Controlled Goods screening in Canada as a condition of employment.
