Are you up for a challenge in the world of high-tech? We'd love to have you on board Eddyfi Technologies is looking for a Team Leader, Electronic Production to join our Production team.

Your daily life:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising the activities of your work team. You must ensure that priorities are respected.

You will be responsible for ensuring that assemblers and technicians have the right tools and training for the tasks required.

You must ensure that workplace safety rules are in place and respected.

In this role, you will:

Organize tasks according to priority list;
Act as a technical reference for team members;
Be an integral part of the DMS. (Gemba walk, lead shift 1 and participate in shift 2);
Participate in the optimization of assembling processes, with a target of reducing costs, improving product quality and enhancing employee safety;
Work closely with the production engineering team to ensure accurate and adequate assembly documentation;
Target and deliver the required training for each team member;
Ensure that team members are versatile in order to meet unforeseen changes;
Carry out the tasks set out in the job description for Electronics Technician;
Any other tasks related to production.

What We're Looking For:

You have a college diploma (D.E.C.) in electronics;
You have 3 to 5 years of experience as an electronics technician;
You have experience working in a LEAN production environment (an asset);
You have experience in personnel management (an asset);
You are customer and service oriented;
You have good communication skills and are a team player;
You have knowledge of SAP software (an asset);
You have an aptitude for and a keen interest in team management;
You have good time management skills;
You have a good sense of organization and priorities;
You are able to tolerate pressure;
You have excellent judgment.
