Leader with design thinking expertise needed

Lead the team responsible for ensuring that customer-inspired principles, insights and design thinking are applied within product delivery.

You'll connect the customer-inspired strategy to teams executing product work and ensure consistency across all products.

What you'll do:

Integrate customerinspired principles and insights within product delivery
Prioritize and assign resources within product teams and set the requirements for design thinking practices in each product
Collaborate with teams to determine customer impacts and build a holistic view of FCC's customer strategy
Report key delivery success metrics and prepare updates to inform teams on the progress of initiatives
Manage a team of design thinking professionals and set priorities and objectives

What you'll need:

A bachelor's degree in agricultural finance, business administration or commerce and six to eight years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
SAFe certification is an asset
Human Centered Design or Design Thinking certification is an asset
