Build MVP Web App for AI-Powered Property Maintenance Tool

Job summary
I'm looking for an experience full stack developer to build a lean MVP prototype of a web based AI assist property maintenance tool.
This project is initially limited in scope and should include:
A simple web based application desktop is fine
Basic user flow input-processing-output
Backend logic/ API integration AI logic can be placeholder or rule-based for MVP
Clean functional UI no heavy design work required
Secure login basic auth is fine
Deployment guidance or basic deployment
