'''Duties'''- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and facilities
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff
- Proficiency in logic controllers and schematics
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and tenants
Salary:
$16.55-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
