About Our Role

1. To provide clinical psychotherapy services via phone or secure video conferencing for Indigenous children, youth adults couples families experiencing mental health challenges helping them reach self-discovery confidence resilience hope overcoming trauma pain grief loss anxiety depression addiction stress fear shame guilt anger isolation loneliness empathy compassion understanding kindness patience guidance nurturing care support stability consistency continuity accountability responsibility respect trust honesty open communication assertiveness active listening validation empowerment encouragement motivation positive change growth development learning exploration creativity innovation progress purpose meaning fulfillment happiness harmony balance well-being flourishing thriving thriving living meaningful lives., please see below responsibilities section-
