- Minimum seven (7) years of business analysis experience in large IT projects or equivalent.

- Liaise with internal and external teams/vendors on data migration and system interface activities.
- Assist with testing and provide ongoing clarification and support to various teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Onboarding new business groups.
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- Coordination of training and license management.
- Insights reporting on platform and license utilization.
- Integration consultations and coordination.
- Building and maintaining operational procedures.
- Experience with JIRA cloud platform (Atlassian).
- Previous experience with process design and documentation.
