The
Cam Clark Automotive Group is seeking a
Service Advisor for our
Innisfail Chrysler location in
Innisfail, AB.

You will be accountable for:

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles
• Answering phone calls and assisting walkup customers
• Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
• Translate customerreported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
• Order necessary parts from suppliers and doublecheck that they are delivered to technicians
• Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
• Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services
• Maintain customer records and enter data into computer database

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid driver's license and clean driver abstract
• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor
• DMS experience, specifically PBS is considered an asset
• Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management
• Strong computer skills
• Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Innisfail, AB T4G 1Z1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
