***- The Accounting Clerk shows proficiency in organizing, communicating, and problem solving while preparing daily cash outs, aging reports, assigning invoices, and reconciling accounts. They will work closely with a fun and motivated team including the General Manager and the Accounting Department at Head Office in Vancouver.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver accurate and timely information
Prepare daily cash outs, bank deposits and reports
Authorize, verify and assign invoices to various departments
Generate monthly aging reports to minimize accounts receivable
Prepare operational month end adjustments
Various accounting related tasks

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Postsecondary education or 2+ years relevant bookkeeping experience
Background in golf or food and beverage is an asset
Strong skills in detailorientation, problem solving, and communication
Selfmotivated, authentic, goal oriented, loves to learn
Passionate about providing a great guest experience
Uses emotional intelligence to convey and embody Leadership at GolfBC
Agile and able to learn new systems, technology, and processes efficiently
