We design, manufacture and install all types of exterior and interior signage and other specialty elements for businesses in North America.

As a Sign Manufacturer you will learn all aspects of the physical production and installation of various sign types.

Your ability to work with a team and attention to detail must be impeccable as you learn the skills required to be a sign manufacturer.

Job responsibilities and skills you will learn:

Ability to read and follow a design layout provided by our in-house design team
Finishing tasks such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or mounting of printed pieces
Perform quality assurance measures pre

- and post-production/installation

How to manage multiple, simultaneous project management responsibilities
Execute routine machine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary
Build and sustains effective relationships with team members in all other departments
Has a great attitude and is ready to learn new skills in a high paced and creative environment
Will follow all company policies and procedures
Has a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possesses basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions and converting fractions to decimals and vice versa)
Has the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 50 or more pounds repetitively throughout the workday and the flexibility to lean over a waisthigh table and use back forth hand motions
Mechanical skills and problem solving ability
Previous sign manufacturing experience will be considered a definite asset
