a- Minimum 5 years of previous supervisory/leadership experience, preferably in a customerfacing role for inventory, logistics, shipping, and receiving.
- Have a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED.
- Previous upstream oilfield services experience
- Able to Move up to 50 pounds and adhere to all safety regulations related to the tasks.
- Operating a large forklift (PIT) while loading and unloading tubular freight (Long round material about 1735 feet in length) and a valid driving license (Class5).
- Have aptitude for Microsoft Office (Excel) and preferably previous experience using SAP.
- Willing to work on weekends based on work schedule.
- Analyzes monthly inventory consumption uses statistical analysis, knowledge of expected inventory requirements and other tools, to prepare and submit the monthly inventory order request to Purchasing Department.
- Receiving and Issuing inventory through SAP.
- Liaise with sales/accounting/manufacturing/shipping on inventory transactions.
- Interacts regularly with Purchasing Team to ensure orders and deliveries are updated in ERP system and are consistent with the ongoing business needs.
- Work with the inventory management team to ensure all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase order and report any missing products.
- Communicate inventory issues. to SCM manager
- Incorporate inventory controls to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Regularly verify & count inventory as inaccuracies are reported or requested.
- Field Operations Scheduling and Coordinating for materials management.
- Customer/Vendor Liaison and Support for incoming & Outgoing equipment as per schedule delivery timeline.

- Ability to adjust work schedule and/or work overtime to accommodate both shifts & overtime.
- Any Other work assigned by supervisor.
- SAP experience would be an Receiving and issuing inventory through SAP.
- Cycle counting and reconciling inventory;
- Set up stock locations physically and in database;
- Ongoing cycle counts and data entries associated with the counts.
- Assist with Input and control of inventories for all locations.
- Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures
- Assist with warehouse cost saving initiatives.
- Suggest inventory level recommendations to the various operations groups.
- Help reduce inventory and eliminate obsolete items.
- Assist in the areas of Logistics, Shipping and Receiving.
- Liaise with sales/accounting/manufacturing/shipping on all transactions.
- Pulling parts and issuing production orders as required.
- All other duties as assigned.
Timings
7.30 AM to 4.00 PM Monday to Friday (Lunch Break at 12.00 Noon for 30 Mins)
Travel:
Not required outside Edmonton
Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
